Refunds and Returns Policy

Welcome to Satchron.com. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free experience when it comes to returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The product received is different from the one ordered.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, earbuds and earphones cannot be returned if opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Satchron01@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
  2. Approval & Return Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
  3. Ship the Product: Securely pack the product and send it to: Satchron.com, T-16/256 Old Chandrawal, Civil Lines, Delhi 110054.
  4. Verification & Refund Processing: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) within 7-10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Replacement & Exchange Policy

We offer replacements or exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged products.
  • Wrong products sent.

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and will be processed once we receive the returned product.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Opened or used earbuds/earphones (unless defective on arrival).
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Items returned without original packaging and accessories.
  • Clearance sale or final sale items.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
